There is an old saying “When your feet hurt, you hurt all over”, a foot comfort is extremely important. There are common injuries related to foot are like blisters crushing, sprains, lacerations, slips, trips & falls. Lack of attention to foot safety can cause discomfort,   pain & fatigue to you.

Generally foot problems take place on walking, working and driving.  Inappropriate foot wear can cause injuries to your foot while prolonged standing & walking. It can contribute heavily to foot discomfort & can lead you to rheumatism & arthritis in future. So an appropriate shoe is vital, for one’s general well being.

Sometimes, to look fashionable, we ignore   supportive safety footwear. But   while selecting foot wear one   should check few things-

·      The inner side of the shoe should be straight from the heel to the end of the big toe.
·      The shoe should grip the heel firmly.
·      The forepart must allow liberty of movement for the toes.
·      The shoe must have a low wide based heel.
One should remember that tight socks or stockings can cramp the toes as much as
poorly fitted shoes. And it can cause blisters & skin allergies to some people.

However many footwear manufacturers who produces footwear that look’s trendy & fashionable and, at the same time they are comfortable, lightweight walking and driving shoes.
Our  foot  contains  more bones  then   any other  part  of  the  body  so  it   needs  comfortable and light weight  shoe which should  not  suppress   fingers  of  the  foot  &  provides  relief  to the  bones  & muscles.

Shoes complete your personality. It conveys an impression  about   your persona.  So it is important   to choose   footwear very carefully.  A   foot wear should   be comfortable, light weight & trendy.
